Saindoux is a restaurant dedicated to New School BBQ, combining the warm atmosphere of a country-inspired sports bar with the unique setting of the former Sainte-Marie presbytery.

 

In partnership with Le Porc de Beaurivage, a family-owned farm established in Saint-Patrice-de-Beaurivage for over 100 years, the restaurant showcases a tradition of craftsmanship passed down through generations. The farm is recognized for its commitment to animal welfare, premium-quality pork (raised without growth hormones, routine medications, or animal by-products), and exceptional traceability.

 

At Saindoux, pork is at the heart of every creation. Inspired by New School BBQ, our cuisine brings a creative, contemporary approach that highlights the remarkable versatility and richness of this exceptional meat. Every dish is a tribute to our family's heritage and the passion that drives us.

 

Saindoux is the final step in Le Porc de Beaurivage's farm-to-table journey, allowing us to oversee every stage of production from the farm to your plate. Thanks to our provincially inspected slaughterhouse located directly on the farm, our pork travels only 25 kilometres (16 miles) before reaching your table, ensuring unmatched freshness, quality, and traceability.
